We continue to ship orders out as quickly as possible, however there are known delays with both Australia Post and Fastway/ Couriers Please. Please ensure you leave adequate time if ordering for a special occasion. Once parcels are shipped the delivery time is unfortunately out of our control.
All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
We have a $9.95 flat rate shipping, with free shipping on orders $150+ Certain products (like monthly subscription boxes) have a shipping fee built in, so you will not be charged additional shipping on these items. Check product description or reach out if you are unsure.
- We do not offer an Express Post option, but can arrange on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out to us at email@example.com prior to completing your order.
- Local delivery is available to customers within a certain radius of Bray Park. If local delivery is available to you, it will appear as a shipping option. Please select 'Local Delivery' before checking out. We typically deliver 2 days per week but will reach out to you to arrange a day/ time.
If any delays are anticipated with your order, we will contact you immediately.
We do not currently offer shipping outside Australia. If you wish for advice on stockists of similar products in your country please get in touch and we will help however we can.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items removed from original packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or banking institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We do not accept return of sale items. If purchasing a discounted item, please choose carefully and read the description fully as any faults will be detailed there. Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
We do not offer refund on gift cards, or gift certificates, nor are these to be exchanged for cash.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless issue is confirmed a factory fault. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
